BidBoss Spreadsheets

To generate a spreadsheet, select the options highlighted in the Red Box below to use those columns into a spreadsheet.  Select Download Spreadsheet to download and Excel Spreadsheet onto your computer.  An example of a spreadsheet is below.  Download Cut Sheet is used for uploading data into the Terminal.  The Cut Sheet is a Windows CSV file and MUST be saved as a Windows CSV file if you’ve edited before uploading into the Terminal.

NEW:
(1) Show Deleted will show hazards that were sent to the Server and then since deleted from the Survey
(2) Download Shape File will download a basic GIS file
(3) You can now download to spreadsheet certain hazards or ranges of hazards using the > or < and Small Medium and Large checkboxes.  You can also specify individual hazards and enter them in the box as a range (2-10) or individually (3,4,7,9-15).
