Special Characters

When entering data in H1 H2 Feet Width Length or the Notes field, do not use any non-alpha numeric keys:   i.e. $#@.,?!“/-=+^&*()  or any other character.  They cause Excel to try to calculate the field resulting in an error or the field displaying FALSE

A common error when entering H1 or H2 is enter a double decimal.  For Example 3..5 instead of 3.5.
